Lifted Training offers Bootcamp, Body Pump, and Boxing classes for all levels — from beginners to seasoned gym-goers. Every session is scalable, so you can train hard while still working at the right level for you. Expect high-energy workouts, expert coaching, and a supportive environment that builds strength, confidence, and consistency — leaving you feeling energised and accomplished.

Exercise has always been my outlet, starting with boxing and mixed martial arts and evolving into yoga, meditation, and Qi Gong.
Now, I focus on holistic fitness—blending heart-rate training, posture, and nutrition with a strong mind-body connection. My mission is to help others find balance, empowerment, and transformation through movement.
