As the founder of 12 Reps and Lifted Training and a Level 4 Personal Trainer, David brings a calming yet energising presence to every session. He combines dynamic exercises, uplifting music, and seamless transitions to create workouts that are exciting, challenging, and enjoyable. David’s focus is on keeping clients engaged, motivated, and energised throughout their fitness journey.
