Lifted Training offers Bootcamp, Learn to Lift, and Boxing classes for all levels — from beginners to seasoned gym-goers. Every session is scalable, so you can train hard while still working at the right level for you. Expect high-energy workouts, expert coaching, and a supportive environment that builds strength, confidence, and consistency — leaving you feeling energised and accomplished.

Tuesday 7.30pm – Learn To Lift
Saturday 1:30pm – Boxing

With a background in boxing and strength training and nearly a decade of coaching experience, I believe exercise should be both
challenging and enjoyable. Training isn’t just about short-term results, it’s about building strength, confidence, and habits that support long-term success. My coaching combines strength training, conditioning, and practical nutrition to support fat loss, muscle gain, and lasting lifestyle change. I tailor every programme to your ability while keeping sessions engaging, motivating, and energising — so training becomes something you look forward to, not something you avoid.
