Single Session

Block Packages (most popular)

  • 5 sessions – £275 (£55 per session)

Block bookings support better results, consistency, and long-term progress.


New Client Taster Session

Introductory 1-to-1 Session – £45 Includes consultation, movement assessment, and goal planning.

Functional Strength & Sports Conditioning – 1-to-1

Block of 4 Sessions
